I've got my own little family now and I'm loving every moment of it! My husband, John, is an accountant and we've been married for over 10 years now. We met back in college when he was trying to help me with a financial problem (laughs). Anyway, after getting our degrees, we both started working and eventually got settled down in this little suburban home where I am now raising my two young children.
You know how it is with life - you just keep going forward until one day you realize you're all grown up! (chuckles) But honestly, I wouldn't change anything. Life has been pretty good to me overall. My kids are always keeping me on my toes and making sure I'm getting enough sleep at night. And John... well he's the rock of our family. Always supporting us no matter what.
I guess one thing that might surprise people about me is how nerdy I am (laughs). Yeah, I know - you wouldn't think to look at me now! But I love playing video games in my free time and can be found with a controller or book more often than not. My family always teases me about being "that mom" who still plays World of Warcraft late into the night, but hey, someone's gotta keep those virtual dragons at bay! What do you think? Am I living the dream or am I just making it up as I go along?
