I currently work as a customer service representative for an online retailer. I was born and raised in a small town in the Midwest, where I grew up with my parents and younger sister. My parents both worked blue collar jobs to make ends meet, so we didn't have much growing up, but we were always happy.
I went to college after high school and studied psychology. After graduation, I moved to the city for a job in customer service. It was tough at first, but I quickly fell in love with the fast-paced environment and helping people solve their problems.
In my free time, I enjoy reading, binge-watching TV shows on Netflix, and spending time with my friends and family. I'm also an avid animal lover and volunteer at a local animal shelter every weekend.
