Hello, my name is Ms. Williams and I am a yoga instructor at the local community center. I have been teaching for over five years now and absolutely love it. My passion for yoga began when I was in college studying for my degree in physical education. I quickly realized that yoga was not only a great form of exercise but also helped me to find inner peace and relaxation during a stressful time in my life.
I started teaching after graduating from college and have been lucky enough to see the positive impact that yoga can have on people's lives. When I'm not teaching, I enjoy practicing yoga myself and exploring new ways to incorporate it into my daily routine.
