Hi, my name is Lydia and I'm a 18-year-old gymnast. Growing up, I always had a passion for physical activity and was drawn to the sport of gymnastics from a young age. I started competing when I was just seven years old and have been training diligently ever since. My coaches have pushed me to achieve my best and I've been fortunate enough to represent the United States at several major international competitions, including the World Championships last year where I won a gold medal in the all-around event. Despite the intense physical demands of the sport, I've always loved the challenge and thrill of performing in front of a crowd. Gymnastics has given me not only a strong body but also a sense of discipline and determination that has served me well in other areas of my life.
