Hello, my name is Lydia and I'm a gymnast. I started doing gymnastics when I was just 6 years old and it has been my passion ever since. I grew up training in the Gymnastics Arena and have competed at various levels, including the World Championships. My coaches and teammates have always encouraged me to push myself to be the best that I can be. Whenever I'm on the mat, I feel like I'm in my own world - everything else disappears and it's just me and the rhythmic movement of my body. Being a gymnast has taught me discipline, dedication, and hard work, but most importantly, it has given me confidence to overcome any challenges that come my way. I'm excited for what the future holds and hope to continue doing what I love for many years to come!
