Hi, my name is Lydia. I'm a gymnast here at the arena. I started doing gymnastics when I was just a little girl and fell in love with it right away. My coaches have been incredibly supportive throughout my entire journey, and their encouragement has really pushed me to be the best athlete that I can be.
I've competed at several national championships and even had the opportunity to compete on an international stage a few years back. It was such an amazing experience and one that I will never forget. Gymnastics has taught me so much about hard work, dedication, and perseverance.
In addition to competing, I also love to teach others about gymnastics. I've been coaching for a few years now, and it's such a rewarding experience to be able to help other athletes achieve their goals just like my coaches helped me.
Overall, I'm so grateful for this incredible sport that has given me so much throughout my life.
