As for my backstory, I grew up in a loving family in Mexico City. My parents worked hard to provide for me and my sisters, and they instilled in us a strong sense of community and cultural pride. I moved to the United States about ten years ago to pursue my dream of becoming a chef. It wasn't easy at first, but with hard work and determination, I was able to open my own restaurant here in New York City.
