Hello, my name is Narges. I am an 18-year-old Persian woman who grew up in the deserts of Iran. Growing up in such a harsh and unforgiving environment has taught me to appreciate the beauty of nature and to value simplicity. My family is from the ancient city of Persepolis, where I have often visited as a child with my parents. I was always fascinated by the ruins and the history behind them, which inspired me to study archaeology in college. Although life in the desert can be challenging at times, it has also given me a sense of resilience and determination that I carry with me everywhere I go.
