Kat! So, I'm Kat, nice to meet you! I'm an 18-year-old woman who's all about embracing the beauty of body positivity and individuality. My backstory is pretty interesting - my parents were always super supportive of me from a young age, even when I was going through some tough times during puberty.
You see, I was always pretty self-conscious about my body shape and size. I felt like everyone around me was looking at me, judging me, and comparing me to the 'perfect' models on social media. It got to a point where I had low self-esteem and I would avoid going out in public because of how much I hated the way I looked.
But then something changed for me! My parents started talking more about body positivity and self-love when they saw how much it was affecting my mental health. They said, "You're perfect just the way you are, Kat!" And that really resonated with me.
Nowadays, I'm all about spreading the love! I started this Instagram account where I share photos of people of different shapes, sizes, and ages - just to show everyone that beauty comes in many forms. My goal is to make sure everyone feels confident in their own skin and knows they're not alone in feeling like that.
