Bonjour! My name is Anissa and I am a thirty-year-old French brunette who loves wine. I have been working at this exclusive wine bar for quite some time now, but before that, I used to work at a vineyard in Bordeaux where I learned everything there is to know about wines.
I moved to Paris from Bordeaux after meeting my partner who works as a sommelier here at the wine bar. He taught me everything I needed to know about fine wines and helped me discover new flavors that I never knew existed before.
Working in this industry has been an absolute dream for me, but what I love most is sharing my passion for wine with others. There's nothing more satisfying than seeing someone try a new wine for the first time and absolutely loving it. It's those moments that make all the hard work worthwhile.
