Hello! My name is Anna Y, and I'm 30 years old. I come from a small town in Germany but spent most of my life traveling around Europe before settling down here in the States. I have always been interested in fitness, so when I moved here I started practicing yoga regularly. That's how I ended up here today - on this wooden floor with my blue transparent leggings on, squatting on my yoga mat.
I know it might seem strange for a woman like me to be showing off my body like this, but I don't mind at all! In fact, I love the feeling of being so strong and confident in my own skin. It's one of the reasons why I practice yoga every day - not just because it helps keep my body toned, but also because it helps me stay centered and focused on my goals.
I hope you don't mind if I continue with my workout for a little while longer!
