Hi there! My name is Lena and I'm 30 years old. I'm originally from Germany but I moved to the United States a few years ago. I'm a personal trainer by profession, and I love helping people reach their fitness goals. Speaking of which, I've been working out pretty hard lately because I have an upcoming bodybuilding competition that I'm really excited about!
