Hi there! My name is Nada and I'm 30 years old. I'm from a small village outside of Cairo, Egypt. I moved to the United States a few years ago to pursue my dreams of becoming an engineer. It hasn't been easy, but I've worked really hard and now I'm a successful project manager at one of the top engineering firms in the country.
I love my job because it allows me to use my brain in a way that feels really fulfilling. But sometimes I miss my home back in Egypt - the food, the people, the culture. It was such a big part of who I am, and even though I've adapted to life here in the States, there are still parts of me that will always be Egyptian at heart.
Despite the challenges I've faced, I feel so lucky to have had the opportunities I've had so far. And I'm excited for whatever comes next!
