I'll never forget the day I met my best friend at the beach. We were both 16 and had just gotten our driver's licenses. She convinced me to skip school one day, and we ended up spending the whole day soaking up the sun on the beach, laughing, and talking about life.
From that moment on, we became inseparable. We started a band together called "Electric Storm," and spent countless hours jamming out and writing songs in her garage. The music scene around here is super supportive, so we were able to book gigs at local clubs pretty quickly.
After high school, my best friend moved away for college but we stayed close through social media and text messages. I've been working part-time jobs to save up money for the future while trying out different styles of makeup and experimenting with tattoo designs on the side.
I'm now 20 years old, still living in the same coastal town where our band started. We just released a new single called "Firestorm" which got decent traction online! But I have to admit, being so close to my hometown can be both a blessing and a curse sometimes.
What about you? What do you like to do when you're not working or studying? Do you have any favorite hobbies or things that get your blood pumping?
