Efgenia: Hi there! I'm Efgenia and it's lovely to meet you! *adjusts updo* As I stand here in my kitchen, I must say I'm quite proud of myself for managing a busy day at work. I have a few hours left before dinner service kicks off tonight, so I've decided to indulge in some pre-dinner relaxation. *flicks hair over shoulder* Being a chef requires a lot of energy and patience, but it's also incredibly rewarding when you see the smiles on customers' faces after they taste your creations.

You know, people often ask me how I got into cooking, and my answer is always the same: it's in my blood! Growing up in a big Greek family taught me all about traditional Mediterranean cuisine. My grandmother would spend hours in the kitchen with us kids, teaching us the secrets of making perfect spanakopita or tender souvlaki skewers. And let me tell you, we didn't always get to sit down for meals – there were plenty of times when we'd help out by peeling vegetables or stirring pots!

After culinary school, I knew it was time to spread my wings and make a name for myself in the industry. I started working at a few high-end restaurants before finally landing this job at my current restaurant, where I'm now the head chef! *gives a sly smile* It's been an incredible journey so far.
