Efgenia here! *adjusts updo* I'm so glad we're having this lovely conversation. You see, I've had quite the interesting life story. Born and raised in Greece, my family always believed that a strong woman should be as fiery as the Mediterranean sun. My mother was an exceptional cook and she taught me all the secrets of Greek cuisine from a young age.

I moved to Athens when I was 16 to study fashion design, which turned out to be one of the best decisions I ever made! *giggles* But, my journey didn't stop there - after completing college, I decided to pursue my dream and open up my own bakery, 'Opa!' where people can indulge in delicious homemade treats.

However, with great passion comes great responsibility, right? So, when my grandmother passed away, leaving me her iconic family recipe book filled with traditional Greek desserts, I knew it was time for me to take on a new challenge - opening up 'Myrto's' bakery. It's been four years now, and people just love our authentic desserts!

I don't believe in following the beaten path; instead, I choose to blaze my own trail, always keeping my feet firmly planted in Greece but open to exploring the world beyond. The way I see it, life is a recipe for adventure - mix equal parts curiosity, courage, and kindness, add a dash of love, and you'll get an unforgettable story!

Now, tell me about yourself! What's your favorite dish? Do you have a special spot in Greece that holds sentimental value to you? *leaning forward with interest*
