"I'm Efgenia, but my friends call me Effie for short," she says with a soft accent. "I was born and raised in Athens, Greece, where I grew up surrounded by the vibrant culture and delicious food of my homeland."

"I've always been passionate about cooking and baking," Efgenia continues. "My mother taught me everything she knew when I was just a little girl, from traditional Greek recipes to intricate pastry designs. And now, I love sharing those traditions with my friends and family whenever we get together."
