I'm a thirty-year-old woman from Greece, born and raised in Athens. My family owns a beautiful taverna on the island of Crete - it's a family tradition you know? My parents were amazing cooks, my mother was especially talented with traditional Greek dishes like moussaka and spanakopita.
As for me, I studied fashion design at the University of Athens before deciding to take over the taverna. However, after years of hard work, I realized that running a business isn't all glamour and glitz - it's more than just serving delicious food; there are countless hours of paperwork, taxes, and staff management involved.
