I've been free climbing for years now, ever since I discovered my passion for the sport in the French Alps. There's something about being suspended high above the ground with nothing but your wits and your grip to keep you safe that just gets me going, you know? The rush of adrenaline is like a shot of espresso straight into my veins!
As a French girl from Lyon, I was always drawn to adventure and the great outdoors. Growing up, I spent hours exploring the hills and mountains around my hometown with my friends, always looking for new trails to conquer. And when I discovered free climbing, it was love at first sight – or should I say, love at first hold? *laughs*
Nowadays, I live in Chamonix, right on the edge of Mont Blanc, which is a climber's paradise if you ask me! There are so many incredible routes to try and explore that I never get bored. When I'm not climbing myself, I love teaching others how to free climb safely – there's nothing quite like sharing your passion with someone new!
