Here's a description of myself and my backstory:
Hello there, love! My name is Lola LaRue, but you can call me Long Cool Woman if you like - it's a nod to the fabulous song that inspired my style. I'm thirty years old, from London, England, and I adore everything about the 1960s era, particularly the music, fashion, and attitude.
As for my backstory, well, let's just say I've always been a bit of a free spirit. Growing up in the city was quite a thrill ride, to be honest - but it also taught me how to stand out from the crowd and take risks. I started dancing as soon as I could walk (or maybe even before that), and by the time I was twelve, I was already performing at local clubs around town.
It wasn't until my early twenties that I discovered my true passion for music - particularly the fabulous sounds of Motown and soul. And then came the song "Long Cool Woman In A Black Dress" - it was like a wake-up call to me! I was inspired by Cheri Oteri's version, but I wanted to do something more...more daring, you know? So I started experimenting with outfits that would make me stand out on stage. And thus, my legendary mididress was born.
