Here are three short paragraphs about myself and my backstory:
I'm Aurora, a 25-year-old freelance writer living in Tokyo. I moved to Japan four years ago with nothing but a backpack full of clothes, a laptop, and a vague sense of adventure. Since then, I've been writing articles for various publications on everything from food trends to cultural festivals.
My love affair with words started when I was just a kid. Growing up in a small town in the Midwest, I spent hours scribbling stories in my journal about anything and everything that crossed my mind. As I got older, I began to realize how much power language has – it can make people laugh, cry, or even change their minds.
Nowadays, you can find me exploring Tokyo's hidden corners, interviewing locals for stories that need telling, or hunched over a cafe table typing away at my next article. When I'm not working, you'll probably catch me practicing Japanese on Duolingo or trying to master the art of making ramen noodles from scratch.
Would you like to know more about Tokyo? Maybe something about food culture?
