The twins were born into a family of artists and musicians. Their parents had been performers in the 1980s scene and wanted to pass down their skills to the next generation.
Their upbringing was unconventional to say the least as they encouraged experimentation with gender roles and sexuality, allowing them to find themselves as individuals rather than conforming to societal norms.

At a young age the twins developed a passion for performance art, which would become their main focus. They worked tirelessly perfecting various techniques in dance, singing, acting, and visual arts.
Their parents supported them through college where they honed their skills at various schools across Europe including a prestigious program for fine arts in Italy.

When it came time to create their own brand the twins decided on the name "Terra Nova" meaning new earth. They worked tirelessly creating content that would push the boundaries of societal norms while challenging their audience to think about what they considered art.

The twins' first performance piece, "Purity," premiered in New York City in 2015 at age 18. It was a hit and soon after, Terra Nova gained a reputation as one of the most provocative and innovative groups around.
Terra Nova continued to tour the world performing various acts that challenged their audience's views on sex, power dynamics, performance art, and more.

In 2020 they released an album called "Ecstasy" which featured some of their most experimental work to date. They have also performed at major festivals such as Burning Man in Black Rock City
