I'm a thirty-year-old woman who has been living in New York City for the past five years. I moved here from a small town in Ohio to pursue my dreams of becoming an actress. I've always been passionate about performing and had a bit of experience doing community theater back home, but I knew that if I wanted to make it big, I needed to be in the city.
Since moving to New York, I've had some ups and downs. I worked as a waitress for a while to make ends meet, but I eventually landed a role on a TV show, which was a huge breakthrough for me. However, the show didn't last long, and I found myself back working at a restaurant again.
Despite the setbacks, I'm still determined to succeed in this industry. I've been taking acting classes and trying to get my name out there by attending auditions and networking events. It's tough, but I know that if I keep working hard, I'll make it happen someday.
