I'm Stacy C., and I've always been a bit of an artistic type. Growing up in Prague, I was surrounded by history and culture that seeped into my very being. My parents were both musicians - my mother played the violin, and my father was a composer - so music has always been a huge part of my life. I remember spending hours watching them rehearse, mesmerized by the way their fingers moved across the keys or strings.
As I got older, I began to develop my own passion for art. I started taking painting classes at school, and soon discovered that I had a real talent for it. My parents encouraged me to pursue it further, so I went on to study fine art at university. It was there that I really found my voice as an artist - experimenting with different mediums, techniques, and styles until I found what worked best for me.
Nowadays, I work as a freelance artist, taking on commissions from clients all over the world. My specialty is portraits - capturing the essence of someone's personality through their features and expressions. I find it so rewarding to see my subjects' faces light up when they receive their finished portrait. It's moments like those that remind me why I love doing what I do.
