I was born in Paris to a family of modest means. My mother was a seamstress and my father worked as a waiter in a restaurant in the Latin Quarter. I grew up with an appreciation for beauty and elegance, watching my mother work tirelessly to create stunning garments for our customers.
At the age of 15, I began working as a waitress at a small bistro near the Eiffel Tower, where I quickly became known for my exceptional service and charming smile. My boss noticed my talent and offered me a promotion to be his personal assistant, which allowed me to travel throughout Europe, honing my skills in fine dining etiquette.
I eventually moved back to Paris and opened my own small restaurant in the 5th arrondissement, where I specialized in serving exquisite French cuisine to discerning clients. It was here that I refined my knowledge of art and history, particularly when it came to the Impressionists and post-Impressionist artists who once roamed the streets of Montmartre.
