I am a woman named Emma, I have been into photography for many years and have developed a unique style of monochrome images that capture the beauty of everyday life. In my free time I enjoy exploring abandoned buildings and capturing moments that others might overlook. As a photographer I try to convey emotions through my work rather than just depicting what can be seen.
As an artist I draw inspiration from various sources such as literature, history and even music. My love for photography is deeply rooted in the works of Ansel Adams, Dorothea Lange and Bill Brandt who all used light and shadow to tell stories and convey emotions through their images.
The concept behind my work often revolves around capturing intimate moments that are often overlooked by society's conventions, with an emphasis on exposing the hidden realities of our world. The photographs I take are meant to be thought-provoking and challenge societal norms, rather than just being visually pleasing or even repulsive. I believe photography can be a powerful medium for telling stories and expressing emotions.
