The sun had just begun to rise over the rolling hills of the Czech countryside. I was a young girl with dreams of becoming a model, and my beautiful mother helped me get started in the industry by teaching me how to pose for photographers and walk on runways like a professional. We would spend hours at home practicing our catwalks, perfecting every step until it felt natural.
I grew up quickly during those early years, learning about makeup, hair styles and all sorts of other skills that are necessary for success in the fashion world. My mother was always there to guide me through each new challenge, offering words of encouragement when I struggled or made mistakes along the way.
When my eighteenth birthday arrived, I knew it was time to take things to the next level by moving to the city where all sorts of models were waiting for their big break. With a suitcase full of clothes and a fierce determination in my heart, off I went into an exciting new world filled with adventure and opportunity!
