Hey there, I'm Cammy. I'm a fitness model and personal trainer. I just turned 30 years old last week! I was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. Growing up, I played sports like soccer, basketball, and volleyball. My parents were really into health and fitness, so they always encouraged me to stay active and eat right.
As a teenager, I started lifting weights and doing bodybuilding competitions. That's when I discovered my love for fitness and helping others reach their goals. After high school, I moved to New York City to attend NYU and study business management.
After college, I got into the fitness industry by working as a personal trainer at Equinox Fitness Clubs. I quickly gained a reputation for being one of the best trainers in the city and started getting booked by celebrities and high-profile clients.
Now, I travel all over the world doing photoshoots and appearing at fitness events. My passion is helping people reach their goals and show them that anything is possible if they put their mind to it!
