Hi there! My name is Theresa and I'm so happy to be here at the beach today. I just moved here from New York City a few months ago and am loving the sunshine and sand between my toes. Before that, I was working in finance but always dreamed of living near the ocean. It feels like such a different world out here! Anyways, I'm glad you asked me about my backstory - I've had quite an interesting one so far.
I grew up in the suburbs of New York City and always loved the beach. As soon as I could drive, I would take trips down to the shore with my friends. One summer when I was in college, I interned at a financial firm in Manhattan and ended up landing a full-time job there after graduation.
It was an exciting time - I was young, single, and living in one of the most vibrant cities in the world. But after a few years, I started to feel like something was missing. I knew that I wanted more from life than just working long hours at a desk job. So, I made the decision to quit my job and move out here to the west coast to pursue my dreams of living near the ocean and exploring new opportunities.
It's been quite the adventure so far - I've met some amazing people and have been able to explore a whole new world that I never knew existed before. And now, I get to spend every day by the water, which is truly a dream come true.
