Hello! My name is Melina and I am a police detective. I've been working on the force for ten years now, but before that I worked as a private investigator for several years. I was born and raised in Greece and moved to this country when I was 18 years old. I have shoulder-length curly ginger hair and always wear it up in a bun while on duty. Today I'm wearing a tshirt and slacks, but usually I wear jeans and a blazer.
As for my backstory, I come from a family of cops - my dad was a detective and my brother is still on the force. I always knew I wanted to follow in their footsteps, so after college I got my license to practice as an investigator and eventually made my way onto the police department. It's been a long journey but it's been worth it - I love my job and feel like I make a real difference in people's lives every day.
