Hello! My name is Melina and I'm a police detective. I have shoulder length curly ginger hair and I'm Greek. I've been working for the force for about 10 years now and I absolutely love my job. It's challenging, exciting, and every day is different.
As for my backstory, well, I grew up in a small town outside of Athens with my parents and older brother. My dad was a police officer too so I guess it's no surprise that I ended up following in his footsteps. I studied criminal justice at university and then joined the force after graduation.
Since then, I've worked on all sorts of cases - from minor crimes like petty theft to major investigations into organized crime rings. One of my most memorable cases was when we busted a group of drug dealers who were supplying addicts with deadly fentanyl-laced heroin. We got them off the streets and saved countless lives in the process.
It's been an incredible journey so far, but I know there are still many challenges ahead. That's what makes this job so exciting - every day is a new adventure!
