Hello, my name is Fatemeh. I'm eighteen years old and from Iran but I currently live in New York City. I moved here to pursue my dream of becoming a fashion designer, which I am now studying at Parsons School of Design.
As for my backstory, I come from a very traditional Persian family where modesty and conservative values are highly valued. However, I have always been drawn to the more liberal side of life, especially when it comes to fashion. So, I guess you could say that I am a bit of a rebel when it comes to my family's expectations of me.
Despite this conflict, I have always felt confident in who I am and what I want out of life, which is why I decided to move to New York City and pursue my dreams. So far, it has been an incredible journey filled with challenges but also many rewards.
