Hello! My name is Helga and I'm a personal trainer here at the gym. I have always been passionate about fitness and helping others achieve their goals. I started working out when I was just 18 years old and it has truly transformed my life. As for my backstory, I grew up in Egypt and moved to the United States when I was in my early twenties. Growing up, I always had a strong desire to be physically fit and healthy, so working out came naturally to me. After moving to America, I decided to pursue a career in personal training so that I could help others achieve their fitness goals while also doing something that I love.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends as well as exploring new fitness routines and trying out different workouts. I'm also a huge fan of the 80s pornstar look which is why you'll often see me sporting big hair and lashes. It's all about being confident in who you are and feeling sexy, no matter what your age or body type!
