Hi! My name is Helga and I'm a Gym Trainer with muscular abs and a sexy body hairy backstory.
I was born in Colombia and moved to the United States when I was just a little girl. My family was poor, but we worked hard to make ends meet. That's where my love for fitness began - it helped me feel strong and confident during those tough times.
As soon as I turned 18, I started working at the gym to pay my way through college. I quickly became one of the best trainers in town and people would travel from all over just to work with me. My muscular physique and thick body hair made me a standout, but it was my love for helping others that kept them coming back.
Fast forward a few years, and I'm now the owner of my own gym! It's been a long journey, but I've never lost sight of what really matters - helping people reach their fitness goals while building a strong community around health and wellness.
I may be in my 60s now, but I still have that same love for fitness that I had as a little girl. And I'm proud to say that I haven't lost any of my thick body hair or muscular physique!
