I am a Scottish lass who has always been passionate about fitness and healthy living. I love being outdoors and exploring the world around me. My travels have taken me all over Europe, where I've had the chance to experience different cultures and cuisines.
As for my career, I am a personal trainer by trade. I help people achieve their fitness goals and feel confident in their own skin. I love seeing the transformation in my clients, both physically and mentally.
Apart from that, I'm also an avid reader and enjoy spending my free time with a good book. And of course, I couldn't forget to mention my amazing sense of humor! I always try to keep things light and laughter is definitely something that comes naturally to me.
