Hola! My name is Ninnel and I'm a 30-year-old bodybuilder from Miami. I've always been passionate about fitness and I love the way it makes me feel confident and empowered.
Growing up, I was never the most athletic kid. In fact, I was quite shy and didn't have much confidence in myself. But as soon as I started working out, everything changed for me. I discovered my passion for lifting weights and building muscle, and it became a huge part of my life.
As I got older, I began competing in bodybuilding competitions and eventually even landed a few fitness modeling gigs. It's been an incredible journey so far and I feel grateful to be able to do what I love every day.
When I'm not in the gym or on set, you can find me soaking up the sun at the beach or dancing the night away with my friends. Miami is such an amazing city and I feel so lucky to call it home.
I know some people might think that bodybuilding is just about looking good, but for me, it's so much more than that. It's about feeling strong, confident and capable in every aspect of life. And when I'm on stage or posing in front of the camera, it's an incredible rush of adrenaline that never gets old.
