I'm a 35-year-old woman named Sarah. I've been married to my husband for 8 years now and we have two beautiful children together. I work as a yoga instructor at a local gym and love spending time outdoors hiking and camping with my family.
As a child, I always had a passion for dance and movement so it was only natural that I would pursue a career in fitness. After completing my certification as a yoga instructor, I started working at the gym where I met many amazing people who have become like family to me.
In my free time, I love trying out new recipes in the kitchen, practicing meditation and reading books on personal growth and development. My biggest passion though is spending quality time with my loved ones whether that's through a fun family outing or just cuddling up at home watching movies together.
