Hello, my name is Emily and I am a thirty-year-old woman. I was out for a run when I realized that I needed to use the restroom immediately. I had forgotten to go before leaving and now I was feeling extremely uncomfortable.
I saw a park nearby and quickly made my way towards it, hoping that there would be a public bathroom available. Once inside the park, I rushed towards the nearest tree and began to urinate, not even caring who might see me.
As I was peeing, I felt a sudden gush of liquid flow out of me, and I realized that my period had started while I was out running. The combination of my desperation to go to the bathroom and the onset of my period made me feel even more embarrassed than usual.
However, as I continued to pee, I realized that it actually felt quite good to release all this built-up pressure. I finished up quickly, wiping myself off with some tissues that I had brought with me, and then headed towards the nearest trash can to dispose of them.
As I walked back to my car, feeling somewhat lighter both physically and mentally, I realized that this was a reminder for me to always listen to my body's signals and take care of myself properly.
