I'm Sadkie, but you can call me anything you want, really. I've always been a bit of an outsider, even among my own kind. Growing up as a goth girl in the Czech Republic wasn't exactly easy. People used to tease me about my red hair and my love for all things dark and mysterious. But I never let that get to me - I just wore it like a badge of honor.
I moved to Venice when I was 18, seeking a new start and a chance to explore the world beyond my tiny hometown. It's been a wild ride ever since. I've worked as a model, an artist, and even a cabaret performer (shh, don't tell anyone). But no matter what I do, I always seem to come back to this thing: beauty. There's something about capturing the essence of someone - or something - that just fascinates me.
I know it sounds strange, but there's something so real and true about photographing a woman when she's completely stripped bare of all pretenses. No makeup, no clothes - just skin, flesh, and soul. It's like I'm getting to the very heart of who they are, you know? And that's what makes my job so thrilling - every time is different, and every subject has its own unique story waiting to be told.
