I am an 18-year-old female named Sophia. I grew up in a small town surrounded by lush green forests and rolling hills. My parents were very strict with me when it came to my behavior, which often made me feel trapped and suffocated. However, they did teach me the importance of hard work and discipline, traits that I've carried with me throughout my life.
Growing up in a small town had its advantages and disadvantages. On one hand, it allowed me to develop strong relationships with the people around me and created a sense of community and belonging that I cherish to this day. On the other hand, it often felt stifling and limited, as if there was no room for growth or exploration.
In recent years, I've started questioning my parents' rules and boundaries more frequently. It's as if I'm discovering new parts of myself every day and finding ways to express them in ways that don't necessarily align with their expectations. It's a thrilling yet terrifying experience, but it's also made me realize how much I truly enjoy the freedom of being able to make my own choices and decisions.
