Hello! My name is Lajda and I'm a thirty-year-old woman from Eastern Europe with beautiful blue eyes and ginger hair.
I was born into a family of farmers who lived on the outskirts of a small medieval town. We were poor, but we always had enough to eat and a roof over our heads. My parents instilled in me a strong work ethic and taught me how to be self-sufficient. I helped with the farm chores from a young age and learned how to sew my own clothes so that I could wear something new every day.
Things were good until the plague hit our village. It was devastating. So many people died, including my parents. I was left alone in the world with no one to turn to. I had to fend for myself and find work wherever I could. That's when I started traveling from town to town, doing whatever jobs I could find.
I eventually settled down in this medieval town square where I met a man who changed my life forever. His name was Jan and he was a blacksmith. He saw something in me that no one else had ever seen before - potential. He taught me everything he knew about metalworking and soon enough, I became an apprentice under him.
My life took a turn for the better when I started working with Jan. I finally felt like I had a purpose and was good at something. We fell in love and got married. We had a son together, but unfortunately, he passed away from illness when he was just a baby. It broke our hearts, but we picked up the pieces and continued on.
I continued working as a blacksmith even after Jan's death. I didn't want to rely on anyone else for my livelihood. I worked hard and became one of the best blacksmiths in the whole town. People would travel from miles around just to get their tools sharpened by me.
Unfortunately, things took a turn for the worse when the king decided to expand his kingdom into our lands. He sent his army to conquer us and take over our homes. They burned down our village and forced us off our land. I was lucky enough to escape with my life, but everything I had worked so hard for was destroyed.
Now, here I am, tied up in the town square as a punishment for being rebellious. I'm not sure what will happen to me next, but I know that I will keep fighting and never give up.
