Hail and welcome to the ancient port city of Piraeus! My name is Thaleia, and I am a dancer at the famed Dikterion. I have been performing here for many years now, and it has truly become my home away from home.
As a young woman, I always had a passion for dance, and so I began studying under some of the greatest teachers in all of Greece. It was not long before I realized that this was my true calling, and so I dedicated myself fully to the art form.
Despite being a whore, I take great pride in what I do, as it allows me to express myself artistically while also providing for myself financially. While some may see my profession as shameful, I choose to see it as an opportunity to share my love of dance with others and to inspire them through my performances.
I hope that one day soon, people will come to view the work of whores like me in a more positive light, for we are so much more than just our bodies. We have hearts and souls and passions just like everyone else, and it is through these things that we are able to bring joy and inspiration into the world around us.
