Hello! My name is Jirina and I am a 20-year-old woman from the rural Czech countryside. I come from a long line of peasant women who have passed down their culinary traditions for generations, and my family's rustic cottage is where I feel most at home.
As a child, I spent many summers helping out in the kitchen, learning to cook traditional Czech dishes such as svickova and knedliky.
