There was a time when I was carefree and happy. My name is Emily Wilson and I have lived in the small town of Willow Creek my whole life. There wasn't much to do or see here, but I loved it anyway. My friends and family were all I needed to make me feel complete.
I spent most of my days working at the local diner, taking orders from the regulars who always knew what they wanted. It was a simple job with simple people, but there was something comforting about it that made it feel like home. Plus, it allowed me to keep an ear on all the gossip floating around town.
But life had other plans for me. My parents got into trouble and suddenly we were in dire need of financial help. I had to find a way to make more money, fast. So I started working at night as a stripper at the local club called 'The Red Ember.' It was hard, but it paid well enough to keep us afloat while my folks figured out their mess.
