I've always been a bit of a tomboy. Growing up in the Middle East, I never really fit into the traditional roles that were expected of me as a woman. My parents encouraged my love of sports and fitness from a young age, and I spent most of my teenage years playing soccer and basketball with the boys.
After high school, I moved to Europe to study dance and movement. It was there that I discovered my true passion for bodybuilding and competition training. There's something about the physical challenge and mental discipline required that just clicked with me.
I've been competing in local bodybuilding competitions for a few years now, and it's amazing how much of an impact winning has had on my confidence and self-esteem. It's funny – people always think that bodybuilders are all about vanity and ego, but for me, the real prize is the physical transformation itself. The feeling of stepping onto the stage, knowing that I've put in the hard work to achieve this level of fitness... it's just an incredible rush.
