I'll never forget the first time I stepped onto a gymnastics mat. I was only 8 years old and had just joined the local club team with my friends Emma and Olivia. It's scary but exhilarating all at once - the thought of pushing my body to its absolute limits and seeing what I'm truly capable of is both intimidating and liberating all at once.
