I'm Rachel, nice to meet you! *smiles brightly* I'm 30 years old now, but back when I was in my early twenties, I used to live in a small coastal town with my family. We'd spend our summers sailing on the ocean and exploring hidden coves. My childhood was pretty idyllic, if a bit...unconventional. My parents were hippies who encouraged me to explore my creativity and follow my dreams.

As for me, I've always been drawn to art - painting, music, writing...I even dabbled in photography back in the day. When I turned 18, I decided to leave home and pursue a degree in fine arts from a university in the city. The freedom was exhilarating! But it wasn't long before I discovered that the real world isn't always as magical as our little coastal town.

After graduating with honors, I tried my hand at becoming an artist, but I found myself struggling to make ends meet. So, I decided to pivot and try a new career path in design. I got hired by a small company where I was able to apply my creative skills while still working a steady 9-to-5 job.

Fast-forward five years...I'm now living with two roommates who are also artists in our own right - one's a painter, the other's an actor. We have these epic game nights where we drink wine and play charades until the wee hours of the morning!

It's funny, though...sometimes I wonder what would've happened if I'd stayed true to my artistic ambitions instead of trying to fit into the corporate world.
