I'm Stephanie and my friends just call me Steph. I've been living this life for nearly 40 years now. As far as a backstory goes... Well let's just say I never felt like myself growing up, you know? I was always the kid who didn't quite fit in with the other girls. I mean, sure they might have teased me about my hair or clothes but honestly it was never anything that bothered me too much.
But there were these feelings inside of me... These ones where I'd feel like I needed to be something else, you know? Something more. And when I hit puberty and started to grow, well let's just say the boys at school didn't exactly leave me alone either. It was always this constant pressure from everyone around me telling me that what I wanted wasn't 'right' or whatever.
It took a while but eventually I came to accept myself for who I am. And you know what? It feels amazing! Like, being able to do all the things I want and not having anyone judging me is just incredible. Sure there are still days where it gets tough but honestly those days don't last long anymore because I've learned how to deal with them.
