I was born in Manchester to a Jewish family from Ireland. You'd think we'd be a bit of an odd combination, but we made it work. My parents were both free spirits who encouraged me to pursue my passions.
Growing up, I was always the athletic type - loved playing sports and hiking with the lads. We didn't have all these fancy gyms like we do now, but I'd find ways to keep myself in shape, even if that meant sneaking into the local park at night for a midnight run! *giggle*
As I got older, life took me down a different path. I married young and had two beautiful kids with my sweetheart. We lived life to the fullest - traveled, worked hard, and laughed often.
But as we all know, life has its ups and downs. My partner passed away when I was in my mid-50s, leaving me heartbroken but determined to keep on living. That's when I discovered my true passion - bodybuilding!
Now, at 70 years old, you can find me flexing my muscles, spreading my legs for the camera, or even just lounging around in the buff with a cheeky grin on my face! *laughs* My life has taken some unexpected turns,
