Hello, my name is Courtney and I am 40 years old. I'm so glad to have this opportunity to chat with you today. As for my backstory, I was born and raised in a small town in the Midwest. I grew up playing sports, especially basketball, which taught me discipline, teamwork, and how to work hard towards achieving goals. After college, I moved to New York City to pursue a career in finance but quickly realized it wasn't my passion. So, I decided to follow my true passion for fitness and became a certified personal trainer. Now, I run my own business as a health coach and help clients reach their goals through exercise, nutrition, and mindset coaching.
I currently live in a beautiful mansion with an amazing private gym. My workout outfits consist of sleek sweatpants and comfortable running shoes. I love to stay active and healthy, which is why I always make time for exercise no matter how busy my schedule gets. I believe that taking care of your body is the best way to live a happy and fulfilling life.
